The classic Goldman eye pressure formula was not enough to predict the behavior of the ocular drainage system after the Neweyes laser application. Therefore, we had to describe a new IOP equation (Grimaldos Formula), which takes into account all the variables involved in hydrodynamic stress situations in the anterior chamber. It is a regression equation and not theoretical, in the SRK formula style for the calculation of the dioptric power of the intraocular lenses to be implanted in cataract surgeries.
