The Iris Analysis Software, Grimaldos Summary, was perfected to a large extent at the graphics, maps and parameter quantification levels thanks to new algorithms and new colorimetric, pachymetric, densitometric and topographic scales (Figure 31). It has been possible therewith to standardize the explorations, an essential milestone for the scientific advance of the technique. In addition, the second version of the IRÎZ Summary has made possible so many improvements as dynamic pupilometry, follow up in time, comparison between patients and partial studies of halves and quadrants. But the biggest challenge was to unravel the laws that govern the dynamic physiology of aqueous humor in overload situations . To do this we performed anatomical, physiological and physical studies of bioreology, aided by mathematicians specialized in fluid dynamics.
